here is a specific kind of energy that takes over the streets of Queens during the holidays—a mix of anticipation, gratitude, and pure, unadulterated joy. On December 14, 2025, The Showing Hearts Foundation celebrated a major milestone: our fifth annual Holiday Jouvay.
For five years, we’ve made it our mission to ensure that the holiday spirit reaches every corner of our borough. This year was our most ambitious ride yet, and it served as a powerful reminder of what happens when a community decides to show up for one another.

Joy in Motion
The concept of “Jouvay” is rooted in celebration and new beginnings. For us, that means hitting the pavement to spread cheer, deliver toys, and bring smiles to families across the city. Seeing the faces of children and neighbors as our convoy passed through was the highlight of our season.
But the Holiday Jouvay is more than just a toy drive; it’s collaboration in action. We believe that we are stronger together, and this event is the living proof of that philosophy.
